Payment Plans
ECU Physicians offers payment plans of up to five years in length based your outstanding balance. The table below shows the maximum amount of time you can take to pay based on your total outstanding balance.

| Up to $1,000 | 12 months |
| $1,000 to $2,000 | 24 month |
| $2,000 to $3,000 | 36 months |
| $3,000 to $4,000 | 48 months |
| $5,000 or greater | 60 months |
