Who we are?

ECU Physicians is the ambulatory practice for faculty of East Carolina University’s Brody School of Medicine.

We offer the most comprehensive care in eastern North Carolina, with more than 500 physicians and advanced practitioners across 37 specialties.

ECU Physicians has received national recognition for excellence in treating patients with diabetes and high blood pressure, advancing continued treatment for weight-loss surgery patients, caring for children and adults suffering from heart defects and heart disease, and providing expert care for women with high-risk pregnancies.

What we offer?

We offer a schedule that will meet the needs of you and your family. The majority of our positions are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. New employees start accruing eight hours of sick time and 9.2 hours of vacation time as soon as they are hired. All employees also get an additional 13 scheduled holidays off.
