Individual Nutrition Counseling

The Nutrition Services and Patient Education section is staffed with qualified Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) and certified diabetes educators (CDE) trained to provide nutrition care in the clinic. We provide medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to adults, children and youth in our Family Medicine Clinics with a referral from your physician.
