When Should I Arrive?

Please arrive at your clinic location 15 minutes prior to your actual appointment time to complete the administrative details of your appointment.

Late Arrival

If you are running late for your appointment, please call the clinic directly. ECU Physicians will try to accommodate patients who arrive up to 15 minutes late for their appointment. You may have to wait until you can be “worked into the schedule” or it may be necessary to re-schedule your appointment.

No Show of Appointments

After one “No Show,” the patient will be reminded at their next appointment visit that repetitive “No Shows” may be cause for dismissal from the clinic. If a pattern of “No Shows” persists – three (3) or more missed appointments within a 12-month period – the clinic may dismiss the patient from the clinic practice in accordance with ECU Physicians Policy.
