Hours

Initial evaluations are scheduled on Monday, Tuesday and Friday mornings at 8:00 or 9:00 a.m. Since these are long appointments, please do not plan other activities until after 12:30 p.m.

Follow-up medical appointments are scheduled on Monday, Tuesday and Friday afternoons although some nutrition appointments can be scheduled at other times depending on the patient’s needs.
